Life Force

Everyday experiences are usually regarded as somewhat mundane and unimportant. If you are seeking a transcendental experience in meditation, then daily life may seem too ordinary to associate with. You may think to yourself, “I am above all this.” By doing so, you cut yourself off from the magic of reality and from what I would call basic sanity, the basic experience of things as they are. Instead, you are developing a personal dreamworld. The antidote is to have more contact and connection with the earth, by realizing and cultivating the life force, the power of being alive.
